Multiromanticism is an umbrella term for any form of romantic attraction to more than one gender. It is a pluralian identity. It can describe people who are biromantic, panromantic, polyromantic, omniromantic, etc. The opposite of multiromantic is monoromantic.
The sexual counterpart is multisexual.
