    Moongender is a xenogender in which someone feels a strong connection to the moon, lunar activity, or the zodiac. It was made with masculine-aligning and transmasculine individuals in mind, but may be used by anyone. One experiencing moongender may feel as though their gender identity is validated by the moon.

    Similar terms are nocturnalgender and lunagender.
