Monievitan is a gender in the Scene System that can be described as an icy mountain after a large avalanche/landslide, barren and empty, though still covered in snow. It is still in a freezing chill, bitter in its emptiness and in the wake of the massive avalanche the air quivers with frigid nothingness.
History
Monievitan was coined along with its flag on June 16, 2021 by tumblr user mogai-sunflowers (Reign of the breadsticcs on FANDOM). It was requested by an anonymous user who provided this part of the description- "an icy mountain after a large avalanche/landslide, barren and empty, though still covered in snow."
Etymology
Monievitan comes from "mal-" from the albanian word for mountain (mal), "lavi-" from the hungarian word for avalanche (lavina), and ielo- from the spanish word for ice (hielo).
