A person who is malicegender may feel connected to a character with the syndrome and feel that that connects to their gender. They may feel connected to the syndrome itself due to characteristics of the syndrome and feel that connects to their gender as well. The gender can also relate to malicious feelings, the wish to bring chaos, and the excitement doing so brings.
