Mafiacoric is a coric xenogender where the person feels connected to mafiacore, the aesthetics of Mafias, and similar organizations (Mob, Mafioso, syndicate, Cosa Nostra, etc.). One may feel like they have a "secret, personal, yet criminalistic" sense of self or gender. It was made with neurodivergent people in mind, as it relates to a one's sense of self, but it can be used by anyone.

The term was coined on November 16, 2020 by a Discord user going by ShivaGhost.

The black represents the secretive lifestyle one would have, the dark gray represents mystery, red represent rules, family, and protection.
