Macrogenital or Macrogenitallia is a genital trait in which one is born with genitals or parts of their genitals that are enlarged and otherwise larger than usual. This isn't an intersex trait in of itself (unlike how agenital, its opposite, is,) however it often is a result of many intersex variations, especially variations related to horomone overproduction.
Macropenis
A Macropenis, Macrophallus, or Megalopenis is a term for when someone with a typically male body has an unusually large penis. The largest recorded penis was that of AMAB cisgender-man Jonah Falcon, and was 13.5 inches long when erect.
Those with a macropenis may experience light-headedness when erect, due to the amount of blood rushing down.
Macroorchidism
Macroorchidism is a term for when someone with a typically male body has one or more unusually large testicles. This usually causes a higher production of male hormones, or is caused by the overproduction of male hormones.
This trait is usually due to Fragile X syndrome.
Macrovagina
A Macrovagina is a non-medical slang term for when someone with a typically female body has a vagina with larger than usual traits. This includes the labia, clitoris, or a deeper hole than usual.
Labial hypertrophy
Labial Hypertrophy is a term for when someone with a typically female body has labia that are larger than usual. This may cause discomfort when wearing tight clothes or friction sensitivity that is higher than usual. This may happen due to pregnancy, intersex traits, and/or puberty.
Clitoromegaly
Clitoromegaly or Macroclitoris is a term for when someone has a clitoris that is larger than usual, possibly resembling a small penis. This may be due to intersex traits, overexposure of testosterone, or HRT within transmasculine people. This may be considered a subset of ambiguous genitalia, and one born with this trait may end up being AFAB or AMAB, depending on the appearance of their genitalia.

- 45,X/46,XY Mosaicism (for CTF people)
- Aromatase Deficiency (for CTF people)
- Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (for both CTF and CTM people)
- Hyperestrogenism (for CTF people)
- Hyperandrogenism (for CTM people)
