Not to be confused with Müllerian Agenesis.

Müllerian is an alternative to female and DFAB/AFAB and refers to the phenotypic sex traits of a person who has ovaries and was not exposed primarily to testosterone is the womb.[1] This term is best described as what society views as 'common women' or 'most women' however some transmasculine or transine men are müllerian as well as some non-binary or anonbinary people. Müllerian does not also fit all cisgender women, as some cisgender women are intersex.

A term similar to this is POV, however this term includes intersex and altersex individuals with vaginas. One who is müllerian is also a POV, although one who is a POV is not always müllerian.

    The counterpart is wolffian.
