Leptrois or leptivity, also known as the leptral or leptive gender system, is a gender classification that brings mathematical and linguistic understanding of genders, such as between negative and positive, negatrois and positrois.

Under leptrois, each gender has an associated spectrum ranging from negatrois (antigender) to positrois (eugender), with centrois (nongender) at the center.

Additional classifications include neutrois, which is positioned at centrois for every gender, and nulltrois (zerogender), which is simultaneously positioned at both negatrois and positrois for the same gender.
