Johtogender is a gender for when your gender is strongly influenced by or is connected to the Pokemon region Johto, Pokemon from Johto, characters from Johto or the story of the generation 2 games, due to neurodivergency.
The flag is said to have been inspired by the HeartGold and SoulSilver cover art.
History
Johtogender was coined on December 13, 2020 by twitter user miracIemask. The flag was created at the same time.[1]
