An itgender individual is someone who has not yet figured out its gender, but knows that the pronouns it wants to be referred to with are "it/its".
Itgender is a form of pronoungender, along with hegender, shegender, theygender, neogender, nounselfgender and namegender.
Flag
The flag consists of gray and white to represent the connection with being outside the binary many people who go by "it/its" have, while representing that not all of them are not outside the binary. The outer gray hue has a purplish hint for those who identify with femininity and womanhood, the inner gray is bluish for those who identify with masculinity and manhood, and white encompasses identities outside of the two. The quill in the middle represents the identity's connection with language.
