    The Intrafeminine Flag

Intrafeminine, or intra-fem (not to be confused with intrafem) is a gender modality for AFAB transgender, non-binary, and isogender individuals who have a feminine (or partially feminine) gender, or feel that femininity strongly influences their gender. They may be fiaspec, fingender, or present femininely, but still are not cisgender women. Intersex people can also use this term.

This may be considered to AFAB counterpart to transfeminine.

    The masculine equivalent is intramasculine.

    History

The intrafeminine label was coined by Instagram user @mogai.terms on March 18, 2021. It was made with the purpose of giving a label to AFAB feminine-aligned/woman-aligned people, since the transfeminine label only applies to AMAB people.

Light yellow stands for intersex and isogender intra-fems, light pink for intra-fems who are only partially feminine in gender alignment, medium pink for intra-fems who feel their gender is very strongly feminine, and the dark pink in the center is symbolic of feeling feminine within + relating to ones non-cisgender identity.

    Etymology

Intra comes from the Latin "within," and "feminine" denotes things related to women.
