    The intrafem flag.

Intrafem is a gender in which one feels a large, varied feeling of feminine genders. The feeling of gender is infinite, and largely varied. An intrafem individual might feel different types and/or amounts of femaleness and/or femininity, and they may use a variety of terms to describe them. For example, they might identify as femaledemigirljuxeralibrafeminine, or any other feminine-aligned genders. An intrafem individual may experience other non-feminine genders, but their femaleness is the most important, expansive, and/or constant part of them.

Intrafem is an inherently multigender term, as intrafem individuals experience multiple forms of feminine genders. They are not fluid between between feminine genders. They may feel some gender(s) more strongly than others at any given time but all of their feminine genders are still present and have an effect, just more strongly or weakly.

Intrafem can be combined with other genders if one experiences intrafemininity but is also another gender. For example one might call themself an intrafem man, intrafem maverique, intrafem neutrois, etc.

    The masculine version is intramasc.

    History and Flag

Intrafem was coined by the Tumblr user I-Love-My-Trans-Body on January 27, 2020[1]. The flag was made at the same time. The flag symbolism is as follows: Yellow represents abinary genders and the non-binary nature of this identity. Red represents feminine genders. Two different shades of red are used to represent different forms of feminine genders and gendered feelings present in the intrafem identity. White represents the expansiveness of the identities that make up intrafem, and of the intrafem identity itself.

The intrafem symbol is the standard symbol for women and femininity but rotated in a non-standard way to represent the unexpected way intrafem is experienced. Prongs were added to signify a line going infinitely in either direction, in reference to the expansive nature of intrafem.
