Intrafeminine, or intra-fem, is a gender modality under the intragender umbrella describing an individual who was AFAB and, while not being cisgender, has a similar experience to that of cisgender female individuals. Examples may include:
- Being AFAB and identifying partially as female or feminine
- Being AFAB and identifying with a gender identity which is feminine or is similar/comparable to female
- Being AFAB and feeling that their gender identity is heavily influenced by femaleness or femininity
Intrafeminine individuals may experience non-feminine genders as well, though typically their feminine identities are more significant than their non-feminine identities or they want to emphasize their femininity or feminine identities.
Intrafeminine may be considered to AFAB counterpart to transfeminine. The masculine equivalent is intramasculine.

Intrafeminine was coined by Instagram user @mogai.terms on March 18, 2021. It was made with the purpose of giving a label to AFAB feminine-aligned/woman-aligned individuals, since transfeminine only applies to non-AFAB individuals.[1]
