Huligirlflux is a subset of demigirlflux where one's connection to femininity fluctuates, but instead of demigirl being their most feminine experience, it's their least feminine experience. Huligirlflux people fluctuate from demigirl all the way to being a full girl, but they never experience a connection to femininity less intense than demigirl. In other words, at their most feminine, they are a full girl or very close to one, and at their least feminine they are a demigirl. They may have other genders as well.
