Hetspike (also called heterospike or straightspike) is a microlabel under heteroflexible, when someone primarily experiences attraction to the opposite/dissimilar gender or is otherwise straight, but very occasionally has sudden and intense spikes of strong attraction to the same/similar gender. These spikes are usually short lived.
It doesn't always have to be sexual attraction, and may be other forms of attraction such as queerplatonic or romantic.
The opposite is homospike.
