A he/her lesbian, or she/him lesbian, refers to a lesbian who uses he/him pronouns and she/her pronouns, but is still a woman, woman-aligned, or non-aligned. It's a form of pronoun non-conformity, gender non-conformity, and crosspronoun usage. The term can be used by any woman or non-binary person who is WLW (sapphic) and uses he/him and she/her pronouns. One might use other pronouns in addition to he/her pronouns. Lesbians may refer to themselves with he/her pronouns to express their disconnect from, and connection to, their gender.
The he/her lesbian flag designed by wiki user Starysky454 on June 3, 2021. The purplish blue on the top and bottom of the flag, represents the masculine/butch lesbian who use this term. The light purple parts of the flag represent the femmes who use this term. And the dark purple at the center of the flag, represents, love, honesty, and expressing who you are.
