A he/her gay, or she/him gay, refers to a vincian who uses he/him pronouns and she/her pronouns, but is still a man, man-aligned, or non-aligned. It's a form of pronoun non-conformity, gender non-conformity, and crosspronoun usage. The term can be used by any man or non-binary person who is MLM (achillean) and uses he/him and she/her pronouns. One might use other pronouns in addition to he/her pronouns. Vincians may refer to themselves with he/her pronouns to express their disconnect from, and connection to, their gender.
