A gender-apathetic, or apagender individual is someone who does not feel a strong alignment or preference for/to or away/against from any particular gender identity. It differs from agender because while agender people strongly feel the absence of a gender, someone who is gender-apathetic doesn't feel an absense or presence of gender identity. Related gender identities to apagender are cis-apathetic (no strong preferred gender identity, but perfectly happy and comfortable presenting as, being perceived as, and using pronouns for their birth gender), Trans-apathetic (no strong preference for gender, but with a lean towards the opposite of their AGAB), or Non-Binary-apathetic (a slight lean towards a preferred gender identity somewhere outside the male/female binary).
