Foveo is a term for one's partner(s) in a relationship is not inherently romantic nor platonic in nature, but they do experience physical attraction and/or sexual attraction and intimacy. It was made as an alternate term for friends with benefits. It was created with alloaros in mind, but anyone can use.
The different between a casual relationship and a foveo is that a foveo is not platonic in nature while a casual relationship is. One may have alterous, sensual, or some other form of attraction that is non-platonic. In some cases, it may even co-side with being a senseship.
History
Foveo was created by Tumblr user lolliepops-rox on September 15, 2019.[1]
Flag
The foveo flag was created by imoga-pride on September 25, 2019.[2] Greens are from the aromantic flag. Yellows are from the aroallo flag. Blues are for alterous relationships (that aren’t romantic or platonic).
