Fluidamorous is being fluid between many or all types of amory, meaning that one’s feeling toward certain relationships may change. For example, one could be polyamorous one day, and then biamorous the next. They could feel they are monoamorous at times too. Usually, fluidamorous people prefer a wavership of relationships, meaning that they usually prefer to have an equal, or close to equal, amount of polyamorous relationships and monoamorous relationships.
This is different from ambiamorous/ monopoly because instead of not having a preference between monoamory and polyamory, you are fluid between being liking only one or the other, or not having a preference, or something else entirely. It is, in a way, like amoryflux, although people who identify with fluidamorous feel like their relationship preference is fluid instead of fluctuating.
