Favperromantic is a romantic orientation exclusive to individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD).[1]
Favperromantic refers to an individual whose romantic orientation is influenced by their BPD, causing them to feel exclusively attracted to their favorite person (commonly abbreviated as FP).[1] A favperromantic individual does not feel sexual attraction towards anyone else.[1]
This identity falls under the demiromantic umbrella.[1] The sexual equivalent is Favpersexual.[1]

Etymology
"Favper" is a portmanteau of "favorite" and "person". Favorite person is a term exclusive to those with borderline personality disorder.
