It's related to farms, farm life, animals in farms, etc. Farmgender people can feel similar to a specific animal, a category of animals, an object, a tool, a structure or a scenery. It can go side-by-side with another gender, for example if a farmgender person is also woman-aligned is called farmgendergirl, or farmgirl for short. The same applies with other genders.
