Erasromantic is a romantic identity on the aromantic spectrum in which ones' alloromanticism randomly vanished partially or wholly, whether it be due to trauma, another reason, or no reason. The gender version of this is erasgender while the sexual version is erassexual.
History
Erasromantic, along with erassexual, were coined by the fandom user @Dxxnkichu on December 29th 2020.
The primary erassexual and erasromantic flags, as well as the alternative erasgender flag, was created by Wikia user @Fruitindividual, also known as Instagram user @mincom_artist2, on February 8th, 2021.
Flag
For the first flag, the purple represents romanticism, the white represents the romantic attraction as it once was, the dark core representing the neurodivergency or trauma, the lines represent the vanishing of the romantic attraction, and the black represents absence.
The erassexual/romantic flag has green to represent romantic attraction, purple to represent sexual attraction, white to represent to presents of attraction, and black to represent the sudden lack of attraction.
