Efthogender refers to a person who's gender is fluctuating between various genders that revolve by a certain gender in a constant fashion by almost any slight change in their environment.

The word efthogender divides into 2 words Eftho from εύθραυστο which translates to fragile or fragility and gender, in a literal sense it means fragile gender, but its not to be confused with fragile masculinity/femininity, because it refers to fluctuation in their current gender
