Echogender is a gender that feels confusing and hard to understand, and in attempts to better understand the gender someone who is echogender will mimic the gender of individuals around them. Echogender is not absorgender, as someone who is echogender will purposefully copy the gender of individuals around them so they can better understand their gender, whereas absorgender individuals naturally absorb other's genders.
Echogender can be combined with any other gender to specify further (echoboy, echogirl, echononbinary, etc.)
