Echidaen is a term for systems used to describe a unique attraction between two unintelligible non-human alters. This term is useful, as non-human alters may experience attraction seperately, especially when they are unable to communicate.
The attraction these alters experience between each other can be any form, such as queerplatonic, alterous, romantic, aesthetic, sexual, platonic, etc or it could be a completely unique sense of attraction that only unintelligible non-human alters can feel, and no others can describe.
An example of this would be a cat alter and a dog alter who are unable to speak, but share a unique love between one another.
This term is not to be used by systems who are anti-endogenic.

The heart in the symbol represents love, while the rest of the symbol is made to appear similar to the otherkin symbol, to represent non-humanity.
