Duosex is the internal sense of gender linked to both male and female.
The only requirements to be duosex are to feel both male and female and to experience Dysphoria regarding not being perceived as or not having the body of both binary sexes, this can include having the desire to socially, medically or legally transition. Duosex is similar to Bigender, but duosex is a connection to male and female, while bigender is a connection to any two genders and dysphoria is required to be duosex.
