Duflesexual is a term to describe anyone who is sexually attracted to only those of the binary genders (men and women). This identity is similar to binsexual, but different in the way that the sexuality is only applied to those who identify as a binary gender themselves. If one identifies as duofilsexual, they can also be disexual.
The romantic counterpart is dufleromantic.
