Doki-Doki Music Gender is both a Gamegender and Musicgender falling under the Doki-Doki Gender label. People with this gender relate and feel to the music found in Doki-Doki Literature Club by Dan Salvato. The gender is mostly exclusive to neurodivergent people, but those who really enjoy the music and feel connected to it may use this gender.
