That is related to dirt, mud, moss, and worms and other small bugs found in dirt. It can be considered a subset of wormgender and/or buggender.
History and Flags
Dirtgender was originally coined by the user mogaistuff on Tumblr, July 9th, 2020 and the dirtgender flag created by the same user on the same date.[1] The dark brown in the flag represents soil and neurodiversity, a lighter brown color ground and connection with earth, and green represents moss and growing love.
