    Crosspronominal, also known as  Transpronomial or Alterpronomial is the phenomenon of using “unexpected” pronouns sets- pronouns that do not align with one's gender identity or are uncommon for one's gender identity. It is a form of gender non-conformity and falls under the umbrella of pronoun non-conforming. Examples include binary women using any pronoun(s) other than she/her/hers, binary men using any pronoun(s) other than he/his/him, and non-binary people using she/her or he/him pronouns.
