Cosboy (not to be confused with cosmicboy) is a xenogender, specifically a sciencegender similar to rosboy, where one is a boy but still feminine, or connected to femininity. However, in the case of cosboy, the gender is also xenic, relating heavily to space and softness, falling under the category of astronomique. A cosboy is a boy whose gender is aligned with soft, space aesthetics. In that way, it can also partially be considered an aesthetigender.
Flag
The black stripe in the flag represents space. The purple and grey represent softness. The blue represents being male and the pink represents femininity.
History
Cosboy was coined by eeboMcGeebo in March of 2021. The flag was made at the same time.
