Confurdirgender (pronounced con-fu-jeer-gender) is s a term specific to alters within a system who is cisgender in the innerworld, however they do not share the same gender as their body's assigned gender at birth. This may cause confusion to those who question the alter's gender, as it may be complicated to explain to singlets.

An example of this would be a cisgender-man whos innerworld body is male, however in the outter word they are in an AFAB body, and calling themself a cis-man would cause confusion to those who know they are AFAB, since they have never been in a 'boy' body.

Other terms for describing genders in systems include különgender, azonosgender, and genders within the Effect System, Tubuh System, and/or the Plural Gender System.
