Cloudian is a combination between Ciphrian and Firistian from The Astrian System. It can be fluid through them two genders but it doesn't have to be. They may also feel their gender has a myosotian, cometian or tenebrian aura. It can be paired with another gender or be used on its own.
Ocianian
Ocianian is the demigender version of cloudian, meaning it only has a partial connection to cloudian, with the other part being something else. The "other part" can be an unrelated gender to The Astrian System but it doesn't have to be.
Flag
The flag was based of cloudy from the Astrian Stones. It was made on the same day it was coined by FANDOM user RoseWatera.
