    The censari flag by Mogai-is-lovely.

Censari is a gender identity that feels like it is on the gender neutral spectrum, yet is connected to both femininity and masculinity. There are multiple ways people could identify as this gender including:

    • Feeling like they are connected to both femininity and masculinity at the same time.
    • Being fluid between the connection of masculinity and femininity.

It is a combination of cenrell and faesari.

Censari doesn’t dictate presentation. One can be masculine, feminine or androgynous. It is different from bigender because one doesn't feel like their gender is male and female. One feels as though they are simply connected to masculinity and femininity as a concept, which can include identities, presentation, expression, pronouns, and sexual or romantic orientations.

    History

Censari was first coined by momma-mogai-sphinx on September 12, 2019.[1] It was independently coined by Mogai-is-lovely on Tumblr on July 9th, 2020.[2]
