Cassflux, also known as cassgenderflux, is a genderflux identity based on cassgender, when someone has a gender identity but either feels no connection to that gender identity or does not feel their gender identity is important or worth describing. Cassflux people are cassgender, but the intensity at which they feel their gender is important fluctuates. Someone who is cassflux may fluctuate from feeling like their gender isn't important at all to feeling like it's fairly important, to feeling like it's highly important, and back and forth between those levels of connection to gender importance. When cassflux people feel greater connection to the importance of their gender, they may choose to use additional labels for their gender identity.

    Paracassflux

Also known as magicassflux, paracassflux is a paragender identity based on cassflux where someone is cassflux but the most connection they ever feel to the importance of their gender is around 60-95%. Paracassflux people may choose additional labels when they feel towards the stronger end of their connection spectrum to gender.

    Demicassflux

Demicassflux is a demigender identity based on cassflux where someone is cassflux but the most connection they ever feel to the importance of their gender is around 50%. Demicassflux people may choose additional labels when they feel towards the stronger end of their connection spectrum to gender.

    Libracassflux

Libracassflux is a libragender identity where someone is cassflux but the most connection they ever feel to the importance of their gender is around 5-30%, as a generalization. Libracassflux people may choose additional labels when they feel towards the stronger end of their connection spectrum to gender.

    History

Cassflux has been used since at least 2016 but the person who coined it is unknown. Libracassflux, demicassflux, and paracassflux may have been used individually or thought of before, but they were coined by FANDOM user Rainbowraven96 on February 3, 2021.

    Flag

FANDOM user Transgender Cat designed both the cassflux and the cassflux alternative flags. The meanings of the flags are currently unknown.
