Canisgender works very similar to catgender except with dogs. A canisgender person feels a strong connection to canines in relation to their gender identity, either strongly identifying with them or simply wanting to incorporate them into their gender to better understand their identity. This gender could also be described as "doglike".
History
Canisgender was coined before August 23, 2015 by pride-flags-for-us on Tumblr. The flag was created at the same time.

The Canisgender flag has tan and brown stripes on the bottom and top, one white stripe in the middle, and a paw print to top it all off.
