Blepnia is a xenogender in the cat gender system that feels very neutral and androgynous. It is not at all masculine or feminine. It was created with non-binary individuals in mind, but it is not exclusive.
History
The term was coined by Wiki user Catitudethecat on September 30, 2021. It was coined through this page and has no outside sources. The flag was created by the same user on the same date.

The black, grey and white on the flag represent the neutrality of the gender. The cat shows its connection to the cat gender system.
