Bennetian is a term that defines hetero attraction to men. It's a term for “straight woman,” but not all bennetians identify as women. One may simply feel like their attraction aligns with WLM.
It includes non-binary bennetians, hetero women, m-spec straights, queerhets, etc.
Etymology
The term was named after Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice.
History
The name Bennetian was coined October 6th, 2021, by Soulqueer-Schlatt.[1]
The identity has been in use forever.
