Azalian refers to an agender or genderless person who is attracted to women or women-aligned people. This attraction can be exclusive or not.

A similar term is agenirian and the masculine equivalent is Thistlian.

History and Etymology

Azalian was coined by Tumblr user Genderless-Gibberish on July 9, 2018^[1]. The term comes from the azalea flower.^[2]

Flag

The flag was designed by Tumblr user Nooonbinaryyyy on July 9, 2018. The first three stripes come from the colors of the azalea flower. The white stripe represents the absence of gender. The green comes from the agender flag.^[2]
