Autoresexual is a term for those who may or may not have sexual attraction via masturbation and sexual thoughts/fantasies, but this attraction or sexual actions/thoughts can change when someone is added. It is a label that can also be used alongside others, such as demisexual or asexual.
The romantic equivalent is autoreromantic.
