An orientation which can only be understood in the context of being on the autism spectrum, when one's autism greatly affects one's orientation. Autiorientation is not autism as a orientation, but rather an identity that is so heavily influenced by autism that one's autism and one's orientation cannot be unlinked. Not all autistic people identify with autiorientation(s), only those whose orientation is influenced by them being autistic.
History
The term as been used for the first time on 8, june, 2021 by themogaidragon while coining the term autiabro, which defines an individual who's abrosexuality is influenced by one's autism.[1]
Ve then coined other autiorientations, such as autipoly, autibi, autilesbian, autigrey... Dino officialy coined the term on 20, december, 2021, when asphyxiatedredherring on Tumblr asked xem to do a mix of the autiorientation and autiattractional pride flags.[2]
