Asenspike (also called Asensualspike) is a sensual orientation on the asensual spectrum. It is similar to acespike, arospike, and aplspike. It is defined as someone who usually feels no sensual attraction, but occasionally has rare, sudden, and intense spikes of sensual attraction for a short amount of time, before returning, just as suddenly, to one's normal amount of asensuality.
Asenspike can be a sensual orientation on its own, or it can be combined with other orientations. For example, one could be asenspike and bisensual, meaning that when one does experience sensual attraction, it's towards two or more genders.
