Anthrosexual refers to someone who is attracted to humans regardless of their gender identity/expression. The term avoids referencing a particular sexual orientation or predilection towards a particular gender.[1]
Anthrosexual and pansexual might be used interchangeably. The prefix pan- means "all" and "anthro-" means human, so the word anthrosexual might be considered easier to understand for people who don't know either term.
Another potential difference is that, while before are attracted to humans regards of gender, pansexual leaves open the potential to be attracted to sentient non-human beings. So while pansexual and anthrosexual are interchangeable in modern day reality, in science fiction or fantasy settings, and potentially in the future there is the potential to distinguish them.
Etymology
Anthro- is an alternative form of anthropo- which comes from Greek and means human, humanoid and human-like.

The anthrosexual flag was designated by DeviantArt user SaffronMasalathekiwi and was uploaded on February 20th, 2018.[2] The three stripes represent the following: marine blue for being attracted by the same gender, violet for being attracted by the opposite gender and white for being attracted by other genders.
