Anovelaean is a term for people who "collect" aro-spec identities because just a few terms don't accurately describe their identities. An example would be someone who simultaneously or variably identifies as paroromantic, bellusromantic, inactromantic, aegoromantic, greyromantic, and myrromantic. They may identify as all of their aro-spec identities simultaneously, or be fluid between them.

Anovelaean was coined by FANDOM/Wikia user Reign of the breadsticcs on April 2, 2021. It is derived from the Galician word "novela" meaning "romance".
Flag
The flag was designed by Reign of the breadsticcs on April 2, 2021. Green being the color commonly associated with aromanticism and the aromantic spectrum, the varying green stripes represent different aro-spec labels. Blue being the color of water which is associated with flexibility and fluidity, the blue stripes represent anovelaean people who are fluid and/or fluctuating between their many aro-spec identities.
