Animogender is a gender identity where one feels that their gender (or genders) have personalities and/or a mind of their own. Someone who is animogender can also be worldgender, where they feel their genders have a mind of their own and feel like they make up their own world, or it can be a stand-alone label for anyone who feels like their gender has a personality or mind of its own. Animogender people can also feel like their gender is completely separate from them like their gender is its own person, or they can feel like their gender is a part of them but seems to have a personality.
Animogender vs Systems
Systems are when one has multiple people within a single mind and single body. Animogender is when ones gender or genders feels like it has a personality. These two should not be mixed up or compared to one another, as headmates are not a gender, but are rather people.
Similarly, this gender may be useful to some systems, depending on if they have 'NPCs' in the innerworld that represent their genders, if they are gendercontinuum, or are otherwise queergenic in some form.
In summary, systems do not have to be animogender, and animogender individuals do not have to be systems.
