Androidgender is a xenogender and/or kingender where a persons' gender is strongly connected to an Android character from or based off of the video game Detroit Become Human. This connection to the character can line up and be an exact representation of the character (such as having the same pronouns and sexuality) or they can be partially seperate (such as having the same pronouns as the character but not sharing either sexual or romantic orientation, or not having the same pronouns but having the same sexuality, etc). They could also be fully different from the character but still feel the connection to that character in gender identity. This gender can be paired with any other gender identity or identities.

In the androidgender flag, the main colors are the primary colors associated with androids, while the D is for deviance (though those who aren't deviant can still identify as the gender).
