    Afficgender is a term for system members whose gender or sex in the innerworld matches with the body's gender identity, the body’s sex, or the body's AGAB. It is an exclusive identity, only to be used by those who are members of a system. It is the opposite of detragender, where one’s innerworld sex/gender doesn’t match the body’s.
