Detragender is a term to describe a system member whose gender identity doesn't match the body’s gender identity (or the body's AGAB). It is an exclusive identity, only to be used by those who are members of a system. It is the opposite of afficgender.[1]

The symbol was created by wiki user WiiFyneLM on 26th October 2021 with the outer circle representing the system's body's AGAB while the internal diamond represents the gender of the headmate.
