Adonic, also known as asteroidian or astroidian, describes a MLNB or a man who loves non-binary Individuals, whether exclusively or as part of their sexual or romantic orientation. Asteroidian is also an umbrella term for all men attracted to non-binary Individuals, similar to the use of achillean as an umbrella term.

Its NBLM counterpart is toric. The WLNB counterpart is maedic.

History and Flag

The term was coined by Tumblr user orbisian-prinxess on or before February 10, 2018.^[1] The flag was created by allegedly created by the same user at a later date.^[2] However, no records of its origin exist.

The term adonic was coined by Mod Jace (also known as Mod Alec) of beyond-mogai-pride-flags alongside maedic on or before February 2nd, 2018.^[3] The flag was posted on February 7th, 2018, and was made by Mod Fy of the same blog.^[4]

A new version of the flag was created by Reddit user Proud_AAA_Battery on July 25, 2020.^[5] The flag is similar to the genderqueer flag.
